配送ポリシー（Shipping Policy – Japanese）

 

配送について

当社は日本国内のみ配送を行っております。

ご注文確定後、通常2～3営業日以内に商品を発送いたします。

（土日祝日および長期休暇期間を除く）

ご注文金額が税込5,000円以上の場合、送料無料となります。

5,000円未満の場合は、全国一律400円の送料を頂戴いたします。

配送遅延について

天候不良、自然災害、配送業者の事情、繁忙期等により、配送が遅延する場合がございます。これらの事由による遅延について、当社は責任を負いかねます。

配送先情報について

お客様が入力された配送先情報に誤りがあった場合、再配送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。

発送後の住所変更はお受けできない場合がありますので、ご注文前に必ずご確認ください。

Shipping Information

We currently ship within Japan only.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

(Excluding weekends, public holidays, and extended holiday periods.)

Shipping is free for orders over ¥5,000 (tax included).

For orders under ¥5,000, a flat shipping fee of ¥400 applies nationwide.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier issues, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If re-shipment is required due to incorrect address details, additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Address changes after dispatch may not be possible, so please ensure all information is correct before placing your order.
